Developed and delivered in conjunction with the Bunzl Healthcare team, Clinical Care Connections (CCC) is an outcome-based management program built on best practice principles designed to enhance your knowledge base. Offering a unique quality clinical governance methodology that ensures the best possible outcomes in healthcare environments.

Our Program

Our specialist program provides a fun and engaging way to develop a nurse or carer's skills in effectively managing all areas of a clients unique situation, and offers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning hours for nursing registration requirements.

The program is designed to support assistance in four primary areas:

1. Clinical

Focusing on continuous improvement of products, processes, and services. We evaluate resourcing, conduct audits and organise in-house support meetings to improve efficiency and effectiveness within a facility or site. Includes clinical references, best practice and problem solving catered to your situation. 

2. Compliance Management

We assist with compliance by advising on quality methodology and site-specific standards controls. Using in-house site meetings and action monitoring, we ensure consistency and compliance is maintained across all sites.

3. Competencies

Our ‘Skill Sets Package’ assists in assessing our team’s understanding of industry protocols, best practice principles, quality assurance standards, problem solving ability, ongoing education requirements and product knowledge. As it is an ongoing monitored program, it contributes to developing additional learning.

4. Education

Our ‘Education Package’ identifies different styles of learning to best cater to you. Sessions are of different lengths of time to suit various settings with measured and outcome-based learning. Our teams follow the education process and compliancy in their delivery and training methodology. They are fully equipped with the required tool for each session, including answer sheets for compliance and discussion points.
