We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us on our website chat or by email sales@atlasmcneil.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The following speciality products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons:
- Urology
- Nutrition
- Any special order-in products
- Open Food Packaging
- If the seal and outer packaging are broken
- Damaged (folded or crushed)
- Damaged by misuse.
- Washable Products
- Delivery surpassed the 7-day policy.

Promotions & Deals: Atlas McNeil may offer pricing and/or volume promotions which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through https://www.atlasmcneilcommunity.com.au. In the event of a refund for promotion/deal purchases, the customer must follow the refund policy process and meet the requirements outlined in the refund policy. If Atlas McNeil elects to have the goods returned , the goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. The amount refunded will be equal to the value of the goods at the time of purchase. eg the promotion/deal price the customer paid at time of purchase.  

In the event that Atlas McNeil Healthcare elects to have the goods returned, the goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were first delivered. Returns will not be accepted by Atlas McNeil Healthcare due to change of mind or wrong decision. Returns will only be made in respect of faulty or damaged goods and must be agreed to by Atlas McNeil Healthcare prior to the return being made.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and a restocking fee for returning your item. These costs are not-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
