Description

The 3M Tegaderm Silicone Foam range of dressings combines its unique multi-layer design with an adjustable moisture vapour transmission rate and a super-absorbent layer to manage low- to high-exuding wounds and the skin's microclimate. This foam dressing has been demonstrated to help support tissue stress re-distribution. The innovative 3M adhesive technology provides strong yet gentle adhesion, making it ideal to form part of your pressure injury prevention program as well as wound management for fragile skin. These dressings also incorporate a patented spoke delivery system for easy application

How does it work
The foam layer wicks moisture away and the superabsorbent layer locks it in place – then the moisture control layer evaporates it, helping reduce
the potential for skin maceration. The strong yet gentle adhesive holds the dressing in place while being just as gentle to the skin as other silicone dressings on the market. ^1 The strong adhesion along with the low profile edge helps minimise rolling and lifting, especially in high shear locations.


When do I use it?
Tegaderm Silicone Foam Dressing is intended for management of low- to highly-exuding partial and full thickness wounds, such as:
• Pressure injuries
• Neuropathic ulcers
• Skin tears Venous leg ulcers
• Arterial ulcers
• Surgical wounds
The use of Tegaderm Silicone Foam Dressing may help prevent skin damage as part of a comprehensive pressure injury prevention program. The dressing may be lifted and repositioned to allow for skin assessment.

Standard Delivery:
We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days, with delivery times
ranging from 2 to 9 business days, depending on the location. 

Delivery is only available within Australia, using road courier services, which do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (excluding GST).  For
orders under $100, a flat fee of $16.50 applies for most states, with a $23.50 flat fee for WA and NT.
